Sales Key Account Manager

Within this role as a Sales Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and building successful long term client relationships within a number of existing key accounts in order to maximise the client experience and in turn sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all sales related queries
  • Develop positive customer relationships
  • Liaise directly with clients via email and telephone
  • Track and monitor sales targets/metrics, aligned with company objectives
  • To prepare product sales materials and quotations
  • To be fully conversant with the product range in order to offer the best solution to the clients requirement.
  • Liaise with the technical teams to be able to offer solutions and answers to clients on their requirements and queries.

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous sales experience and an ability to deliver excellent customer service and experience, and therefore possess excellent communication skills. You will be happy to learn about a technical range of products, and be fully IT literate including MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm, office based, with free on site parking and easy access by train.
