This well established firm in Romsey, have an opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing fee earner to join the firm.

Responsibilities:

As an experienced residential conveyancing fee earner you will be able to deal with a wide range of residential property matters to include freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, re- mortgages, transfer of equity, new builds, help to buy, lease extensions and handling registered and unregistered properties. As a CQS accredited firm you will need to prove your knowledge and understanding of the scheme and work in accordance with the Conveyancing Protocol.

Yu will be a qualified solicitor of legal executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE, and secretarial support will be provided to you on a one to one basis.
