Part Time Finance and Office Administrator
Working 3 days a week – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9.00am – 5.30pm this is a administration support role, split between finance administration and general office support.
Responsibilities will include:
- Invoicing
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Credit control
- General office support , including stationary, couriers, post, incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors and any other support required.
Experience required:
- Previous Finance and credit control
- Sage Line 50
- Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
