Part Time Finance and Office Administrator

Working 3 days a week – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9.00am – 5.30pm this is a administration support role, split between finance administration and general office support.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Invoicing
  • Sales and purchase ledger
  • Credit control
  • General office support , including stationary, couriers, post, incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors and any other support required.

Experience required:

  • Previous Finance and credit control
  • Sage Line 50
  • Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
