Salary – £12.90/hour

We are currently hiring for Pickers for a Distribution Centre in the Segensworth area.

The roles are due to start on either Monday 10 August or Wednesday 12 August and will run until November/December with the possibility of a permanent role.

We have the following shifts available:

Morning – 6am to 2pm

Twilight – 2-10pm

Night – 10pm to 6am

Responsibilities

• Use warehouse management systems to locate, pick, and verify items for order fulfillment
• Select products with precision, ensuring accuracy in picking orders according to specifications
• Stock shelves efficiently, maintaining organized storage areas for easy access and inventory control
• Prepare shipments by packing items securely and labeling packages correctly for shipping & receiving processes
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before dispatching

Skills

• Proven experience in materials picking, packing or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and order processing
• Computer literate (Essential)
• Physical strength for heavy lifting and load/unload tasks; stamina for extended periods of movement within the warehouse
• Attention to detail for accurate pickin, and quality control checks
