Field Sales Engineer – UK North

An opportunity for a Sales Engineer to support customers and distributors in the North of the UK, and to both grow and develop the current customer base as well as generate new business opportunities. This role is field based and a home office will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Customer visits to promote and recommend the company products and services
• Answering technical queries via email and phone, liaising with the technical support team when necessary
• Negotiate and provide pricing and quotations for customers
• Track sales leads and update CRM database with visit reports, opportunities, pricing, projects etc
• Offer technical and new product training to distributors
• Attend and man exhibitions and support new product launches and promotional activities
• Liaise with customer services and accounts teams to help service customer accounts.
• Maintain market and competitor/supplier knowledge and awareness.

To be successful you will need to have a minimum of two science based A Levels as well as Maths, a full driving license, and knowledge of a European language would be desirable, but not essential.
