Commercial Conveyancing Secretary
An opportunity with this well established firm of solicitors based in Romsey, for an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Secretary.
As an experienced conveyancing secretary you will provide secretarial and administrative support to a Partner as well as delivering excellent service to clients.
Duties will include:
- Typing and processing digital dictation
- Diary management
- Task management
- General Administration
You will need to be fully computer literate with Outlook, Word and Excel and used to using a Case Management System.
Attention to detail, and excellent spelling, grammar and typing accuracy are essential, as is previous experience of supporting a busy team.
