Sales and Marketing Executive

You will play a key role in generating and converting opportunities through a combination of managing inbound enquiries, nurturing leads, and proactive business development opportunities, whereby full training will be given.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up and re-engage lost and lapsed leads to identify new opportunities.
- Manage and qualify new incoming enquiries, ensuring a professional and timely customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with selected commercial brokers and aggregators to generate referral opportunities whilst keeping all platforms up to date with our availability.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective targets.
- Create weekly targeted sales email campaigns.
- Schedule viewings for the sales and centre teams.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
Experience Required:
Full training is offered, but you will need to be a confident and friendly communicator, especially by telephone, and have strong IT skills including Office 365
You will be office based Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
