Sales Administrator

Job Summary
An excellent opportunity to join a well established business as an Administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all customer enquiries are responded to in an efficient manner. You will be responsible for the full process from initial enquiry through to successful order delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all incoming customer enquiries by both telephone and email.
  • Provide quotations and advise on stock availability.
  • Process orders through the company database.
  • Liaise with colleagues regarding stock and delivery schedules.
  • Advise customers regarding warranty and damaged deliveries.
  • Process customer payments.

The successful candidate will have previous administrative and customer support experience, as well as the ability to quickly pick up new systems and process. This is a fast paced role, so you will need to be comfortable working as part of a busy team.

8.30am – 5.00pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Free parking.
