Service Co ordinator

Overview
The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, ensuring all required actions are coordinated and actioned. The role involves liaison and communication with the sales team, production, operations and engineering to ensure all projects are completed.

Duties

  • Working with the UK services sales team to coordinate projects from the order receipt
  • Liaising with customers after initial sale has been completed to discuss delivery schedules, engineer visits and project completion plans
  • Providing any necessary site paperwork to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Liaison with production to ensure products and/or parts are pre booked for final test and inspection
  • Liaising with operations to ensure delivery times for products/parts are on schedule, co ordinating invoice alerts
  • Aiding the service sales team with quotations when required
  • Preparing service documentation
  • Providing full admin support to the team and excellent customer service to clients

To be successful within this role you will need to be

  • Well organised
  • Have strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Highly computer literate
