The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts while effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, as well as generate new business opportunities by prospecting for new leads.
Responsibilities
- Sales calls to potential new customers to generate new business
- Providing finance quotes to your customers
- Proposing applications to lenders for approval
- Sales calls/ follow up calls and emails to existing customers
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Updating internal databases and spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and the finance industry, although not essential.
