Are you an experienced Administrator or Client Support Assistant with financial services experience who is looking for a part time and term time role to fit around the school hours?

Would you like to work for a small organisation who specialises in equity release?

Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for helping people with their finances and a genuine desire to grow the company.

 Benefits of the role:

  • Salary – £14.50/hour
  • School Hours – 10.00am to 2.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
  • Term Time only
  • Full Training provided
  • Potential for additional hours during peak periods
  • Future advisor training

 Responsibilities of the role:

  • CRM and lead management
  • Client communication and updates
  • Case progression and chasing third parties
  • Compliance file checks
  • Marketing and review support

Requirements of the role:

  • Administrative experience or client support experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service or stakeholder experience
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Financial service experience (desirable)
