Are you an experienced Administrator or Client Support Assistant with financial services experience who is looking for a part time and term time role to fit around the school hours?
Would you like to work for a small organisation who specialises in equity release?
Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for helping people with their finances and a genuine desire to grow the company.
Benefits of the role:
- Salary – £14.50/hour
- School Hours – 10.00am to 2.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
- Term Time only
- Full Training provided
- Potential for additional hours during peak periods

Responsibilities of the role:
- CRM and lead management
- Client communication and updates
- Case progression and chasing third parties
- Compliance file checks
- Marketing and review support
Requirements of the role:
- Administrative experience or client support experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service or stakeholder experience
- Team player
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Financial service experience (desirable)
