Kitchen Design Sales and Service Administrator
Working within a small very well established Kitchen Supply company, you will come from a Kitchen design background, and have outstanding customer service skills along with exceptional attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- First point of contact for kitchen customers in the showroom and by phone/email.
- Preparing accurate kitchen quotations based on the designs we have provided customers.
- Assisting with creating customer kitchen designs.
- Carry out regular follow up calls to quoted customers.
- Assisting with placing and scheduling of customer orders and deliveries using in-house data systems.
- Assisting with liaising directly with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules and remedial issue resolutions are maintained.
- Maintenance and development of the showroom.
- Assisting with checking supplier acknowledgements prior to sign off.
- Providing after-sales customer support and remedial resolutions.
This is a very varied role that will suit somebody who thrives in a fast paced and sometimes pressured role and is comfortable and capable juggling multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines.
Experience of kitchen design is essential.
The working pattern is Monday to Friday 8.45 – 5.00 with 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week.
