Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating buying demand and driving sales for products and services through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. To be successful you will need to have previous B2B telemarketing/lead generation experience and be familiar working with a CRM.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and emails to build and manage a lead pipeline.
- Prospecting using a mix of cold calling, emailing and social media networking
- Utilise CRM software, Hubspot, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback for management review.
- Assist the Inside Sales Co ordinator with order entry and progress.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM software is required.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms
- The ability to promote technical products.
