HR Reporting and Analysis Specialist – -Temp
We are recruiting for an HR Reporting and Analysis Specialist on an initial 3 month temporary contract for our client in Eastleigh, with the potential to transition to a permanent contract.
HR Reporting & Analysis Specialist:
- Produce regular HR reports and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Analyse workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, absence, and time-to-hire
- Maintain and validate HR data integrity across systems
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in people data
- Support workforce planning and forecasting
- Provide data insights to HR Business Partners and leadership teams
- Develop and improve HR reporting processes and automation
- Support HR systems (HRIS) reporting capability
This is an immediate start office based opportunity.
