Responsibilities of the role:
Our client is looking for an experienced and organised administrator with a high level of attention to detail to provide vital administrative support to the department. The role will also assist senior managers and directors with compliance and business development, working in collaboration with other departments to ensure consistency and effective marketing exposure.
Requirements of the role:
- Demonstratable experience in either administration, coordination or office support, in either property, professional services, or a client-facing role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, manage priorities and work to deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience of diary, meetings and workflow coordination across teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software and systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team
- Professional and approachable with strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and trustworthy manner
- Innovative thinker with the ability to confidently identify issues and make suggestions for improvements
