We’re recruiting for an experienced PPC Account Manager to join a successful and rapidly growing digital media organisation in Southampton. Working with a diverse portfolio of ambitious clients, you’ll have the opportunity to lead innovative paid search and paid social campaigns that make a real impact.

The Role
As a PPC Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, developing and executing strategic PPC campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, maximise campaign performance, and deliver measurable business growth.
You’ll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas, test new approaches, and utilise the latest digital marketing technologies within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of PPC client accounts
- Developing and implementing paid search and paid social strategies
- Creating, optimising, and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitoring budgets and ensuring maximum return on investment
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
- Producing insightful reports and presenting results to clients
- Collaborating with SEO, Content, Creative, and Web Development teams
- Staying current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and enhance campaign performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a PPC Account Manager, Senior PPC Executive, or Paid Media role
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
- Experience managing substantial campaign budgets across multiple accounts
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and related reporting tools
- Commercial awareness and a passion for achieving outstanding results
- Google Ads certifications desirable
