Duties

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess their commercial finance requirements
• Present and explain various financial products and services suitable for business needs
• Develop customised financing solutions by analysing client information and financial data
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to process applications efficiently and accurately
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions using company CRM systems
• Assist in the organisation of promotional events or seminars related to financial services

Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge in financial services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
