Salary: Up to £65,000/annum

Summary of position:

A superb development opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to work with a high precision environment. Managing a team of 4 Departmental Managers, you will ideally come from a relevant engineering background – preferably with Foundry operations experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

·Provide leadership and direction across all operational departments to ensure safe, efficient and consistent manufacturing performance.

·Develop a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement across operational teams.

·Support departmental managers to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.

·Provide clear operational direction aligned with business priorities.

·Directly manage:

• Machine Shop Manager
• Foundry & Technical Manager
• Planning & Logistics Manager
• Production Admin Manager

You will also take responsibility for Supply Chain and Logistics Management as well as Production Planning Oversight in a well established and highly reputable local firm with global reach.
