A fantastic opportunity in this newly created role for somebody who thrives in a fast paced and varied role where you will help to drive sales by supporting the Sales Team. By managing the CRM database yo will ensure a strong Sales Pipeline by researching relevant markets and adding prospect information for the sales team to follow up. This is not a direct sales role, and you will not be responsible for closing sales, but instead instrumental in researching and providing prospect contact details.

You will also be involved in supporting industry Exhibitions both in the UK and Europe, with planning, organisation and logistical support, as well as attending when required.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect Market Research – researching relevant market sectors and identifying the correct contact to add into the CRM
• Ensure all new leads are allocated to a sales team member for follow up
• Provide regular updates and reports on new lead and new prospect follow up and pipeline status.
• Exhibition planning and support
• Ensuring all leads from external Events are captured and fed into the CRM and pipeline
• Track, monitor and report on Event ROI
• Support Sales team with administration when required, including preparing basic quotations if required.

The role would suit somebody who is driven , pro active and thrives in a team environment where they have autonomy and ownership of their tasks and responsibilities, and enjoys CRM/Database Management.
