Our client is looking for a CILEX or Solicitor qualified conveyancing fee earner to take on a busy case load. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to client satisfaction and organisational success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end conveyancing process, including preparing and reviewing legal documents such as contracts of sale, transfer deeds, and settlement statements
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progression of transactions
• Conduct title searches, verify property ownership, and resolve any issues related to property titles or encumbrances
• Ensure all legal compliance requirements are met in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the transaction to keep everyone informed of progress and deadlines
• Prepare settlement statements and oversee the settlement process to ensure accurate and efficient transfer of funds and titles
• Maintain detailed records of transactions, correspondence, and relevant documentation for audit purposes

Requirements

• Proven experience – at least 2 years of handling and running a conveyancing case load
• Strong understanding of local property laws, regulations, and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review complex legal documents accurately
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Knowledge of relevant legal software systems and document management tools
• Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines
