Service Co ordinator/Scheduler
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Co Ordinator/Scheduler to work within a small office-based team. This is a fast paced and busy environment, whereby no two days will be the same and you will need to be very comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising workloads.
Your duties will include
- Schedule and coordinate planed and reactive service visits for engineers.
- Optimise engineer schedules ensuring the most efficient use of time and resources.
- Build strong working relationships with the team of engineers
- Monitor service requests & emergency call outs, prioritising the most urgent.
- Liaise with customers, engineers, and service teams to ensure everybody is updated and service level agreements managed.
- Ensure engineer reports are completed and distributed in line with Service Level Agreements
- Liaise with the Service Manager keeping them updated on service performance.
Experience and Skills
- Previous administrative experience, preferably from within scheduling and planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office
The role is office based, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
