Qualified Gas Engineer

We are seeking a Qualified Gas Engineer for a well established, local company based in Chandlers Ford. Our client specialises in the installation, servicing and maintenance of domestic gas appliances.

This role is suitable for experienced engineers, newly qualified engineers, or motivated improvers looking to progress their careers.

Duties

As a Domestic Gas Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Servicing, installing, and maintaining domestic boilers and heating systems
• Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns efficiently
• Carrying out safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Working in customers’ homes in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing excellent customer service at every visit
• Completing job reports and documentation accurately

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Valid Gas Safe qualifications including:
• CCN1 – Domestic Gas Core
• CENWAT1 – Boilers & Water Heaters
• CKR1 – Cookers
• HTR1 – Fires
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
