Job description:
Based north of Southampton, an opportunity to join a small friendly team as part of a family owned business who operate globally.
As a Sales Administrator you will look after the requirements of your customers involving:
- Taking orders, primarily via email
- Quoting on pricing
- Order processing
- Liaise with production for despatch dates
- Organise despatch administration and paperwork
- Ensure successful delivery and then invoicing.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience within Sales Administration or Account Management.
Working 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday and office based.
