Front Of House Reception/Administration
A lovely opportunity to join a professional Front of House Reception/Administration team as a Centre Assistant.

This is a very varied role, supporting new and existing clients ensuring their workspace meets all of their needs and that all facilities are well maintained and Health and Safety is adhered to.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly, and create strong working relationships.
- Respond proactively to all client requests
- Booking and preparation of meeting rooms
- Completing all copying, scanning and post requirements for clients.
- Monitoring levels of stationary, coffee and vending consumables and ordering and restocking as appropriate.
- Assisting with client moves in and out of their work space.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Confident with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to work proactively and independently
- Eager to learn and develop
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm with parking
