Fleet Maintenance Advisor

An opportunity for somebody with Motor Trade experience as a Fleet Maintenance Advisor, to work as part of a team ensuring customers keep their vehicles on the road and fully compliant.

Responsibilities:

• Entering new vehicles onto the maintenance system
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance work on vehicles
• Maintain vehicle service history
• Update CRM system with all relevant details
• Overseeing expenditure and authorising work when needed
• Ensuring all vehicles are compliant
• Pricing maintenance contracts
• Raising maintenance contracts
• Taxing vehicles
• Highlight recharge costs to finance
• Process speeding, parking and penalty fines
• Checking MOT progress and send out MOT reminders

Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm with a 4.00pm finish on Fridays, office based at Whiteley.
