We are recruiting for a Client Administrator to support a Financial Advisor, ensuring a great client experience, by helping with their diary management, case management and building strong relationships via Teams calls and face to face meetings within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with 3rd party pension and insurance providers
- Process new business applications
- Co ordinate Financial Planners diaries and arrange meetings and reviews
- Collate review packs and reports for meetings
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries
- Ensure the CRM is updated
To be successful you will already have a minimum of a year working within a Financial Planning/Services or Wealth Management environment, with a good level of knowledge of financial products including pensions, investments and protection., and be process driven and comfortable working with numbers.
This is a hybrid opportunity after 6 months initial onboarding within the office full time.
