Project Administrator
We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a family run business based in central Fareham as a part of their busy Administration team.
The successful candidate will be confident using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and training will be given on bespoke systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be first point of contact for bookings, assisting clients with their enquiries.
- Ensuring all relevant information is taken at the time of booking, including obtaining purchase order numbers as necessary.
- Managing the progression of contracts from the taking of bookings to the production and issue of final completion documentations.
- Filing documentation within the electronic filing system
- Liaising with and processing information from other departments, managers and directors to ensure customer requirements are met
- Raising internal Purchase Orders and taking credit card payments as required
- Using and updating internal systems and databases to track project progress.
