Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our Client’s team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service – in return you will receive a competitive base salary with the opportunity of uncapped additional earnings in a vibrant team environment.
Responsibilities:
– Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
– Recommend products or services to meet customer requirements
– Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
– Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
– Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
– Process orders and ensure timely delivery
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
– Meet sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
– Proficient in English, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
– Ability to drive sales through effective selling techniques
– Strong negotiation skills
– Customer-focused with a drive for results
– Excellent time management skills
– Proficiency in IT tools for sales tracking and reporting
