Project Sales Executive

They provide a range of instore solutions, and we pride themselves on delivering tailored solutions and excellent customer service. As the face of the business in many instances, you’d help their diverse clientele, ranging from large national brands to private consumers, find the perfect solutions for their retail environments.

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
• Raising quotes for customer enquiries, ensuring all client needs are understood and met.
• Processing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Learning the ins and outs of our product lines to best advise customers.
• Contributing creative solutions to client requests, even if it involves sourcing new products.
• Working within a dynamic team to continuously improve the product offerings and services.

Ideal Candidate:

• A creative thinker who is passionate about finding solutions to complex requirements.
• Eager to become a product expert who understands the versatility of the product range.
• Adept in administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive and consider themselves a ‘problem solver’.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport and understand customer needs quickly.
• Sales experience, especially in a technical or product-focused environment, is an asset but not a requirement.
