Production Controller

Working as part of the Production Team, this is a genuine opportunity for further career progression in the precision engineering industry working to aerospace standards.

Role:

• Working with the Shop-floor Supervisors to ensure orders are completed on time
• Overseeing and Administering live WIP (work in progress) orders
• Consulting with Purchasing
• Issuing and tracking orders
• Updating reports
• Attending weekly production meetings
• Creating Purchase Orders
• Working with MRP

Skills required:

• Previous production team experience and use of an ERP system would be an advantage
• Initiative taker, happy to work as part of a small friendly team
• Excellent attention to detail
• PC literate (MS Office and Databases)
• Ability to prioritise
