Job Overview
Our client is a dynamic business working internationally as well as here in the UK, who are now looking to recruit an additional member of the team as an Operations Administrator.
Working alongside the Office Manager, the ideal candidate will be proactive with strong organisational skills along with great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication is essential. The ability to be flexible and multi task is critical to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Co ordinate and oversee project activities to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor project progress to ensure on time completion
- Prepare and submit quotes and secure purchase orders prior to project initiation
- Confirm project completion and co ordinate with the accounts department to issue invoices
- Collect and process team timesheets accurately for payroll and project tracking
- Oversee logistics, ensuring timely ordering and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Co ordinate travel and accommodation requirements for project teams internationally
