Lead Qualification and CRM Administrator

An opportunity for a Lead Qualification and CRM Administrator to join this Global organisation operating across a range of industries.

The role will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing lead qualification and CRM processes, by evaluating potential leads, guiding them through initial stages of the sales funnel and ensuring effective CRM maintenance and data integrity. The role requires somebody who has a great understanding of CRM platforms and capabilities, and understands the sales process – but it is not a direct sales position.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead evaluation – assess incoming leads to enable quality prospects, and develop and manage a lead scoring system on which to prioritize leads.
  • Collaboration with sales and marketing – to refine the qualification process
  • Nurture and follow up – ensuring potential leads receive consistent communication via an established automated workflow
  • System management – managing the day to day input of leads into the platform, ensuring data integrity
  • Data maintenance – oversee data entry, cleansing and de – duplication activities to maintain accurate and reliable customer records.

You will need to have lead qualification and sales process experience and have used CRM systems previously, and have a data driven mindset.

This is a hybrid opportunity.
