IFA Administrator

I am recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a growing team in Fareham, and help in providing their clients with the highest level of service, by being the go to person for all client inquiries, helping the financial advisors meet their customer service goals.

This role is available either on a full or part time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, providing full range of support to all servicing requirements of existing clients Investments, Pensions and Mortgages
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and assist with all administrative tasks
  • Book client meetings and manage the calendar of appointments for advisers
  • Prepare meeting packs
  • Help ensure files are complete and compliant
  • Process new business and track to completion
  • Write letters to clients and providers
  • Maintain and update back office systems

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous client servicing experience
  • Excellent client focus and strong communication skills
  • Ability to build lasting working relationships internally and externally
