Export Sales Administrator

Job description

Our well established client is seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the satisfaction of their clients through effective communication and product knowledge.


  • Efficiently process orders received over the phone and via email.
  • Provide product advice to customers, with the ability to upsell or switch sell as needed. Sales experience is a definite requirement for the role
  • Liaise with Warehouse and Purchasing staff to track product deliveries.
  • Address customer complaints and coordinate with couriers for any issues with deliveries.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product range to better serve customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively within a small team in a busy office environment, participating in various business processes.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Some previous experience within an Export Environment
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional role.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt to business needs.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a sales environment is essential.
