A superb PERMANENT employed opportunity for an experienced Electrician to work within the renewable industry.

Company van and PDA is provided although contracts are generally within 1 hour of Fareham.

08.30 – 4.30 working hours predominantly weekdays with no requirement currently for on call commitment.

You will be working on solar installations that are at the forefront of this emerging technology so full training will be provided. as an Electrician you will also be working alongside Heating Engineers.

Job description

Responsibilities:

– Install, maintain, and repair Air Source Heat pump and Solar PV systems.

– Perform electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs

– Inspect electrical components to identify hazards or defects

– Test electrical systems and circuits to ensure proper functioning

– Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Experience:

– Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role

– Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components

– Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for electrical work

– Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations

Skills:

– Electrical expertise, including wiring, installation, and repair
