We havean opportunity to join a Customer Services team, who pride themselves on their outstanding customer support, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and office based.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming customer queries by phone and email, including but not limited to – pricing – delivery advice and updates and technical advice.
- Ensure that all individual and team SLAs are met
- Process manual orders
- Provide a high level of customer service to all internal customers
- Delight and exceed customers expectations
