It is an exciting time to join our client, as they transform their Go to Market Model.

In this newly created role, the Associate Brand Manager will play a significant part in the delivery of this transformation. You will support the Head of Brand and Engagement by:

  • Developing and creating marketing campaigns/ initiatives (to B2C and B2B audiences) across paid and owned channels to support The Company’s services and products to maximise growth opportunities across all locations
  • Putting the client and client agenda at the heart of everything
  • Maximising impact of marketing activities through optimal channel mix, including newer channels to maximise revenues
  • Supporting the planning, spending and controlling of budgets, understand regular forecast updates and aid financial planning
  • Maintaining brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications resulting in improved key metrics
  • Collaborating with client facing colleagues to help drive alignment with overall brand strategy and incorporate client/ market feedback
  • Tracking competitor activity, research client and industry trends, sharing key learnings internally
  • Website management: upload content and create landing pages to improve the user experience and increase traffic to the company website.
  • Supporting the ongoing management of agencies (website, merchandise, design)
  • Supporting with the development of a toolkit of support items needed to sell the company story and services successfully to meet client needs i.e. presentations, service information and equivalent
  • Ensuring marketing programmes and materials meet all company values, compliance and regulatory requirements

Therefore, you will have a can do attitude, with a proven ability to develop creative campaigns. You should be adept at developing effective working relationships, be an all-round team player with a collaborative approach, and someone who is easily able to adapt to different working styles. You will need strong analytical and organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise effectively.

Requirements

Furthermore, you will have:

  • An excellent proven record and demonstrative experience of brand marketing including websites, social media and digital marketing. Preferably educated to degree level/ CIM
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret, track vs KPIs and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience interacting with clients & stakeholders and acting upon client insights
  • Demonstrable client focus and ability to turn insight into actionable projects.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with high levels of attention to detail
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of supporting Marketing mix and campaigns, including demonstrable planning and budgeting capability
  • Comfortable with a high level of initiative and a clear focus on delivering results.
  • Financial Services experience an advantage
  • Comfort with CRM and Marketing automation software
  • Be able to help contribute to an inclusive environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging
  • Think outside the box and put your customer (internal and external) first
  • Stay calm under pressure
  • Don’t be afraid to ask for help
  • Contribute to the Brand and Engagement team, including coordinating and supporting the activities of members of the team as appropriate in order to achieve success
