Bookkeeper

An opportunity for a highly organised and detail orientated Bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Bookkeeper.

You will be responsible for running the day to day bookkeeping and to manage all accounting transactions for the business. You will need to have excellent communication skills and have a good working knowledge of QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the bookkeeping inbox
  • Sales Ledger duties including invoicing and credit control
  • Purchase ledger including entering invoices, payment processing, billables etc
  • Purchase order systems in QuickBooks
  • Bank reconciliations
  • VAT returns
  • Import declarations
  • IPR processing
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain electronic filing.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role and be used to working within QuickBooks.
