Bookkeeper
An opportunity for a highly organised and detail orientated Bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Bookkeeper.
You will be responsible for running the day to day bookkeeping and to manage all accounting transactions for the business. You will need to have excellent communication skills and have a good working knowledge of QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the bookkeeping inbox
- Sales Ledger duties including invoicing and credit control
- Purchase ledger including entering invoices, payment processing, billables etc
- Purchase order systems in QuickBooks
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Import declarations
- IPR processing
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain electronic filing.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role and be used to working within QuickBooks.
