1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst

A high profile, global luxury retailer are looking to increase their Service Desk capabilities by adding a Service Desk Analyst to their team.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a small team, providing first and possibly second line technical support to internal customers, in a highly dynamic, fast changing and fluid working environment.

You will be 100% consumer orientated, be able to deliver incident management against defined SLA’s, respond to and escalate support tickets, provide technical analysis and problem solving methodologies using remote desktop software and have a track record of incident closure in a similar environment.

Knowledge Required:

  • Microsoft Operating Systems and servers, and Office packages
  • SQL databases
  • Network infrastructure knowledge ( specifically around wifi networks)
  • iOS devices
  • This role offers a hybrid working environment, and will involve working 1 in every 3 Saturdays
